Client project for Fortune 200 retail company. Work included current sales systems analysis, on-site ethnography, in depth interviews, customer journey maps, service design blueprint, and development roadmap.
Lead organizer for 2016 Service Design Jam in New York City. Recruited and managed 16 volulnteers to produce a weekend-long workshop on service design methods. Event is part of the Global Service Design Jam founded by the Service Design Network.
